I initially started out my career as a Chartered Accountant, working in national and international practices, and as a partner at Clarkson Hyde for 25 years. At the end of 2007 I decided to step down as a partner as the work I have been involved with over recent years has moved more and more into the corporate finance arena.
I really enjoy using my deal making skills and have a broad range of contacts in the lending field which has been invaluable in helping clients achieve fund raisings, whether that be for general growth, acquisitions or perhaps management buy-outs or buy-ins.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time at my villa in Portugal and I can often be found on the golf course!
