As an accountant and business consultant with Hyde Consulting, I bring a wide range of international corporate finance experience. My role includes the preparation and analysis of business plans, fund raising, mezzanine finance, company valuations, mergers & acquisitions, management buy-outs and the listing of companies on the AIM and PLUS markets.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling to new places and embracing new cultures, as well as improving my language skills. Of all of my holiday pursuits, I would highly recommend sailing around the French Riviera!
