Julia Pollington
I joined Clarkson Hyde as a trainee accountant, beginning with the AAT course and then qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2004. I have always been involved in the audit side of the business and my work has graduated from small accounts preparations to large plc audits. I was promoted to manager in September 2008 and have really enjoyed working directly with clients, as well as being involved in more challenging projects.
In my spare time, I like to make the most of being out of the office and go for long walks in the countryside. My main indulgence is holidays, having travelled to Canada, Mauritius, Hong Kong and the USA recently. New Zealand is next on the list! I also enjoy seeing West End shows and of course spending time with family and friends!
